Before todays outing Bank Managers were consulted, mortgages obtained, piggy banks raided and children's inheritance invested – we decided to take the boat out for a spin!

The boats two engines are 1500 bhp each, that's the equivalent of 30 minis, so when you open the throttle all hell breaks lose and the fuel disappears at an alarming rate, most of the trip we pootled along nice and slowly.

A 20 mile run up the coast past Magaluf to a lovely port called Andratx which was presumably named after a brand of toilet roll where we had an excellent lunch and then played with the Seabob, an electric motor which you can hang onto whilst it pulls you through the water. As you can imagine it was a very stressful day.
