Day 2 - Sunshine at Last

Normal Greek weather has returned, 22 C and few clouds thank goodness.
It takes a while to get back into the swing of all things Greek, having spent our last few holidays in the Canaries I keep saying "hola" rather than "yassas" when greeting people,  after reciting my best Greek to the waiter at lunchtime I realised he was a Brit! 

Last night we selected a taverna for dinner on its warmth, we needed to be inside, today we have had two excellent meals in beachside tavernas and although we took our fleeces they were not needed.
The season is now getting underway, planes are unloading passengers every day and the hotels are filling up but only with British tourists.  We have not come across a German tourist yet - why - all will be revealed tomorrow.
